RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns and exchanges can only accepted within 14 days of the item being received. Due the fact that most of my jewellery is made to order especially for you, I am not able to offer returns or exchanges unless I deem that the item is faulty. In the unlikely event you have concerns that your item is faulty please contact me on the talk to me form or via email info@hammeredandtwisted.com

 

In order for me to assess if the item is faulty it must be returned to me in the exact condition it was received in, before dispatching an item in-depth photographs are taken of each item to ensure and evidence quality, these will be referred to.

 

The item must be returned in its original box and packaging. It must be posted tracked and insured to the full amount of the item. You must retain the receipt for proof of postage because in the very unlikely event that the item is lost in the post it will be your responsibility as the sender of the item to claim the compensation money back from the Royal Mail. I am not financially responsible for anything that has been lost or damaged by the postal service.

 

I can only exchange a faulty item for the exact same product, I am not able to part change it for another item. 

 

No replacement will be sent out until I have received and assessed the original item.

 

I am unable to accept returns or exchanges that have been ordered to the incorrect size. I can at times (depending on the item) offer resizing for a fee and return postage. If this is something you want to discuss, please contact me on info@hammeredandtwisted.com or by using the talk to me form.
