RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the item being received by the buyer. The item must be returned to me within 14 days of a return/exchange request. It must be returned in the same condition it was received in and in it's original box and packaging.

Returns/refunds or exchanges will only be discussed or accepted from the original buyer of the item.
If an item does not fit and requires resizing this can usually be accommodated for an additional fee which varies depending on the piece. Some pieces cannot be resized, in this instance an exchange or refund may be offered.
Sometimes if an item does not fit it can be exchanged for a different size (if one is available). In this case the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for both returning the item and dispatching the exchanged item.
Items that have been personalised (such as named or initialled items) or custom made pieces that have been designed and created especially for you are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges unless I deem them to be faulty. In order for me to assess if the item is faulty it must be returned to me in the exact condition it was received in. Before I dispatch an item in-depth photographs are taken of each item to ensure and evidence quality, these will be referred to.

All returns or exchanges must be returned in their original box and packaging. It must be posted tracked and insured to the full amount of the item - I suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You must retain the receipt for proof of postage because in the event that the item is lost in the post it will be your responsibility as the sender of the item to claim the compensation money back from the postal provider. I am not financially responsible for anything that has been lost or damaged by the postal service.
I can only exchange a faulty item for the exact same product, I am not able to part change it for another item.
No replacement, refund or exchange will be given until the item has been returned to me in it's original condition.
