Made to order pieces
Please allow 21 working days for your order to be made prior to me shipping it. I often have your order ready before this time but as I am a one woman and one dog team and the majority of my items are made to order I have set this time frame to avoid any disappointment. That being said, if you need your item urgently for a birthday or event etc then please let me know BEFORE ordering (info@hammeredandtwisted.com or on the contact me form) and I will see what I can do.
Ready made/one off pieces
If your order has been pre-made such as one of the re-worked pieces then it is ready to ship! Please allow 7 working days for this to be dispatched after you order.

If your item is made to order, please allow 21 working days for your product to be made prior to shipping. If the item is already made, for example an item from the Re-worked section then please allow 7 working days prior to shipping. However, if you have an urgent request and need your item sooner than this, please contact me BEFORE purchase (info@hammeredandtwisted.com or by using the talk to me form) and I will see what I can do.
UK Shipping – Once your item is ready to ship it will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost of UK shipping is £8, it will be tracked, insured, and will require a signature on arrival. It should be with you by 1pm the following day.
International Shipping – Once your item is ready to ship it will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The cost for International shipping is £15.50, it will be tracked, insured, and will require a signature on arrival. For Europe they aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. For countries outside Europe they aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.
3:RETURNS
I am unable to accept returns that are the due the size ordered being incorrect. I can at times (depending on the item) offer resizing for a fee and return postage. If this is something you want to discuss, please contact me on info@hammeredandtwisted.com or by using the contact me form.
Due the fact that most of my jewellery is made to order especially for you, I am not able to offer refunds or returns unless I deem that it is faulty. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your jewellery then please let me know by contacting me on info@hammeredandtwisted.com or by using the contact me form.
